The villa features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Guests can relax by the large pool, enjoy family gatherings on the surrounding terrace, or host BBQs. Additional amenities include a games room, a children's play area, and a well-equipped kitchen  for the whole family. Wi-Fi is extra and available upon request.

Situated close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés, the nearby towns of Sliema and St Julian’s are just a 5-minute drive away, offering unobstructed sea views. Greens Supermarket is an 8-minute walk away, with options for online shopping and free delivery.

The Villas - Belvedere, Diamantina, and Sunnyside are adjacent to each other, accommodating up to 75 guests, making them ideal for large groups or family weddings. Residents can also enjoy a communal indoor pool shared among the three villas, which is heated to a standard of 27°C as per Malta Law and available year-round.
