💳 Refundable Security Deposit: €500 (paid by card on arrival) for group of 12 persons. For groups more than 12, an additional €50 per person applies from the 13th person onwards.

For bookings of 28 nights and more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival.
