Apartment 29: Two-Bedroom Apartment near St. Julian's

Belle Apartments is located in Madliena neighbourhood near St. Julian’s is self-catering units with private entrances, furnished, a kitchen, living area, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment includes linens and towels for added convenience.  

This 2-bedroom apartment is on the lower ground floor and accommodates up to 10 guests. No balcony or terrace. There is a small outdoor with in-land views, outdoor dining, and a BBQ area—perfect for family and friends.

Located just 5 minutes from attractions like St. George’s Bay and Paceville’s nightlife, the property is close to Greens Supermarket and other local amenities. Public transport and taxis provide easy access to nearby beaches and attractions, street parking available for those opting for car rentals.

Additional information:

1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2..

2. A refundable Security Deposit of €200 shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage to the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only, and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards.

3. WI-FI is available for free.

4. For bookings (28 nights onwards) or monthly bookings between January and December, excluding monthly utility bills, monthly wifi /TV connection, and after-check-out cleaning fees (which apply for deep cleaning works) these are paid in advance at the property on arrival or via the resolutions section.

Monthly Utility bill costs:

(a) 2-Bedroom Units: €150 (2 people), €170 (3 people), €190 (4 people), price adjustment according to the final number of people

(b) 1-Bedroom & Studio Units: €130 (2 people), €150 (3 people), price adjustment according to the final number of people

(c) Wifi/TV service: €25 monthly

(d) Cleaning Fee: €175, one-time payment

(e) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded. 

Bills and other charges are paid in advance at the property on arrival or via the resolutions section. However, please keep in mind that utility bill amounts may vary depending on your consumption during your stay; extra consumption applies extra charges.
