Bayside A - Apartments and Studios provides self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.

This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 4 people (single beds) and a maximum of 6 people with a bunk bed, a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, and a bathroom. Group of 6, there will be a different bed arrangement. This property comes with a well-sized balcony with a community view.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

2. The building has a lift.

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

4. Parking is available on the street.

5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.

6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.

7. No daily cleaning for the unit or daily changing of sheets/linens/towels.

8. If you are booking for Monthly or Long stays (28 nights or more) are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long-stay rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, wifi/tv connection, or the post-check-out cleaning fee (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry). To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

(e) After check out, cleaning fees for 28 nights stay or long stays is €200, which applies to laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works, paid in advance at the property on arrival.
