The property is approximately 10 km from the airport (around 15–20 minutes by car), making it a convenient base for your stay.

This Studio Apartment accommodates 4 people (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and includes a TV, a desk, and a bathroom. No kitchenette. This property comes with a well-sized balcony (inland/no view).

• Self-service accommodation – A one-time setup of essentials is provided, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissue. Guests are expected to purchase any additional items needed during their stay.

Due to the central location near Paceville and the presence of group bookings, the area can be lively, particularly between May and August. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for families with young children or older guests during this period.

• Minimum occupancy: 3 persons
• Extra persons: €375 per person, per month
• Utility bills, Wi-Fi/TV, and cleaning fees are not included in the base price
