The property is approximately 10 km from the airport (around 15–20 minutes by car), making it a convenient base for your stay.
This studio apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with single beds. It features a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, and microwave, along with a TV, a small dining area, and a private bathroom.
For groups of 6, a different bed arrangement will be provided. This apartment is on the lower ground floor and has a terrace.

Due to the central location near Paceville and the presence of group bookings, the area can be lively, particularly between May and August. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for families with young children or older guests during this period.

This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 5 people (single beds), a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, and a bathroom. This apartment is on the lower ground floor and has a terrace.
Additional information:
1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only and adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).
2. The building has a lift.
3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.
4. Parking is available on the street.
5. Laundry Services available in the building, 5€ to wash (3-4 times) and 5€ to dry (2-3 times).
6. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.
7. No daily cleaning for the unit or changings of linens.
8. Monthly rates from 28 nights and above between January and December are excluding utility bills, wifi connection and after check our cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works and lines laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(c) €50 wifi/tv connection monthly
(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.
(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
