If you have booked one of our properties through Holiday Letting Malta and you can then book the same property on the same dates and conditions at a lower price that can be seen and can be booked on another website, we will either amend this price for you to match it or beat it!

Please collect the following information before contacting us with your claim:.

• Your full name, property name booked with us, and the period of stay.
• The address of the website where you found a better rate.
• Additionally, you can email us at reservations@holidaylettingmalta.com and attach screenshots of the competitor site in which the Room availability, Room Type, Promotion type, and Room Rate for the required dates of your stay are clearly indicated.

PLEASE NOTE: You don't need to make a booking on the competitor's website, just show us the comparison

1. The"Best Price Guarantee" applies to bookings that have been already confirmed only.

2. The following conditions must apply:

• Same property
• The same period of stay
• Same Cancellation and Amendment policies
• The same number of people staying at the property

3. The "Best Price Guarantee" does not apply to the following special occasions:

• Private rates
• Packaged or promotional rates
• Properties sold as part of a travel package

• Rates that are not available to the general public, which includes:

a. Corporate discount rates

b. Group or meeting rates

c. Loyalty programs

d. Any organization with special requirements for a specific person and not for the general public

4. Holiday Letting Malta has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim.

5. Our "Best Price Guarantee" cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

6. Holiday Letting Maltareserves the right to change, revise, supplement, suspend or cancel the "Best Price Guarantee" at any time.

7. The BPG does not apply to tours and/or cruises, only for properties.
